All lots have the building areas located, driveways installed, electric and water and are ready to build!

Unlike many lots that are available around the lake, we have a municipal water system, and that means you don’t have to drill a well and install & maintain a water system for your home.

We also have high producing fire hydrants on our water system to provide fire protection.

All of our roads are paved and maintained by the HOA.
